CLO Min handles daily scheduling via a visual layout: select the time, activity type, participants, and items within the "Home Turn" interface—adding a cost allows the entire entry to be finalized in one go. This process settles the schedule, updates participant records, adjusts linked inventory levels, logs expenses to the "Purse," and regenerates the "Weeknote" from the saved data. "Spendprint" maps actual monthly spending against five budget categories and compares them to set limits, instantly highlighting the highest-spending areas and remaining balances; data on task allocation and low-stock alerts are also derived from these real-time records.
