RescuePawtal turns what you can see into a message a rescue team can actually act on.

Add a few words about what is wrong. The app finds the rescue teams near you and writes a clear message with a map link to exactly where the animal is. Tap through to WhatsApp, take the photo there with the camera button, and the photo, the description and the location all send together as one message.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

It does not dispatch anyone. It will never tell you help is on the way, because only the rescue team can tell you that. It holds no case database and it does not sit between you and the responder. Once you press send, it is an ordinary WhatsApp message between you and them.

NO ACCOUNT, AND NOTHING COLLECTED

There is no login, no sign up and no profile. We never learn who you are.

Your photo is taken inside WhatsApp, so it never passes through this app at all. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Reports saved on your device delete themselves after 30 days, and you can clear them yourself at any time.

Your location is asked for at the moment it helps, explained before it is asked for, and the app carries on without it if you decline. It is used on your phone to rank nearby teams and to write the map link into your message.

FOR ALL ANIMALS, NOT JUST PETS

A working donkey being overloaded. An injured bird. Livestock in trouble. A stray cat nobody has fed. If an animal needs someone, it belongs here.

WHY WHATSAPP

Because it is already open on the rescue team's phone. A separate app they have to remember to check is a place messages go unread.
