GateCore Authenticator adds a second layer of security to your work accounts. Approve sign-in requests with a single tap, or generate time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP) that change every 30 seconds.

KEY FEATURES

One-tap sign-in approval If your organisation protects its Windows computers with GateCore, a sign-in request appears on your phone when a protected sign-in is attempted. Review where and when it came from, then approve or deny it. Number matching helps confirm you are approving the right request.

Standard TOTP codes Scan a QR code from any service that supports authenticator apps and get rolling 6-digit codes. Works with Microsoft, Google, GitHub, AWS and thousands of others. For these accounts the app works exactly like any other authenticator.

Add your work Microsoft account When adding an account you can sign in with Microsoft instead of scanning a QR code. This links your organisation's Microsoft Entra ID account so sign-in requests for it reach your phone.

Cloud sync across devices Your accounts are available when you set up a new phone, so you are not locked out after replacing a device.

Clear account management See every account in one place, search across them, and remove any you no longer need. You can delete your entire GateCore account and all associated data from within the app at any time.

PRIVACY

We collect only what is needed to run the service: your email address, an account identifier and a device identifier for delivering sign-in requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Full details are in our privacy policy.
