THE FIVE DISCIPLINES

Movement — train your body daily. Temperance — no alcohol for the full sixty days. Nutrition — follow the plan you commit to. Passion Project — fifteen minutes on something that matters to you. Integrity — do what you said you would do, whether anyone sees it or not.

BEYOND THE DAILY FIVE

Church — attend once every seven days. Acts of Service — two quiet acts of kindness across the challenge, done without expecting anything back.

SCRIPTURE EVERY MORNING

A verse each day, drawn from a curated set of two hundred and fifty passages. Not a reading plan you fall behind on. One verse, where you already are.

BUILT TO BE HARD

There is no snooze, no partial credit, and no quiet forgiveness. You seal each day only when all five are complete. Break the chain and the wall you have been building comes down.

That is the point. Sixty days of keeping a promise to yourself changes what you believe you are capable of.

DO IT TOGETHER

Create a group and invite your men's ministry, your small group, or a few friends. See who sealed the day. Encourage the ones who are struggling. Nobody finishes this alone.

Sobriety tracking shows what you have not spent, not consumed, and not lost to a hangover. A daily note on what your body is actually doing without alcohol.

Progress photos, a private journal, letters to your future self, and achievement badges you earn by showing up rather than by paying.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Anyone who has started something on a Monday and quit by Thursday. Anyone who wants to stop drinking and needs a reason bigger than a resolution. Anyone whose faith feels like a Sunday thing and wants it to be a Tuesday thing too.
