Set a wake alarm and require an Anchor Tag scan to stop it. Place your tag away from your bed so getting up becomes part of the routine.

Anchor uses Apple’s Family Controls and Screen Time frameworks. Your selected apps and categories are handled by Apple’s system frameworks. Anchor does not sell your personal information.

REQUIREMENTS

• iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later • An Anchor Tag is required for pairing and scan-to-stop alarm features • Screen Time and alarm permissions are required for related features • An iCloud account is required for cloud backup

Anchor Tag adds a small amount of friction between impulse and action—so you can focus, get out of bed, and spend your time where it matters.
