GroupKeeper helps teachers, coaches, team leaders, and organizers create balanced groups, rotate responsibilities fairly, give everyone a fair turn, and stay organized, without giving up control over the details.

Create a workspace for each class, team, club, or event. Add people manually or import a roster from CSV, then organize the details that matter to you, including roles, custom properties, notes, relationship preferences, and role preferences.

CREATE BALANCED GROUPS

• Choose a group count or group size • Mark people absent for the current activity • Use Anchor Roles to distribute selected roles across groups • Balance or cluster custom properties • Favor preferred pairings and reduce pairings marked to avoid • Reduce recent pairings and repeated groups using saved history • Pin placements, adjust groups, and try another mix

ROTATE ROLES FAIRLY

• Create reusable roles for each class, team, or workspace • Choose the people and roles included in each activity • Rotate assignments fairly by favoring roles each person has not had yet • Add Preferred and Avoid roles for each person • Continue through multiple rotations and repeatable cycles • Reassign people manually while preserving rotation history • Pause an activity and resume it later • Review role, person, and rotation history in Timeline
