PedalArrow brings cycling navigation, route planning, tours and events together in a clear iPhone app. Plan a route that suits your riding style, check the weather and discover ADFC cycling activities.

Private groups are optional. Creating or joining does not start location sharing. Your chosen alias, temporary membership ID and any deliberately shared location are processed on live.pedalarrow.com and shown to the private group. You can pause sharing, leave the ride or end it as owner. Only the latest shared position is kept; it disappears after two minutes. No travelled location history is stored on the group server.

Apple Health is optional. Connect it in Settings and enable automatic export separately. Subsequently recorded and saved rides can be exported with workout times, GPS routes, distance and speed. Available sensor measurements are included only with the relevant permission. Manage and delete exported records in Apple Health.

On-device translation downloads a language model when needed. Text already loaded can then be translated offline. New events and descriptions that have not been loaded still require an internet connection.

No user account, advertising ID or PedalArrow analytics or tracking system. Online features connect to the services listed in the privacy policy. The translation SDK may send technical device, usage and diagnostic data to Google. Tour text and translations stay on the device.

PedalArrow supports planning and orientation. Traffic rules, signs, closures and actual conditions always take priority. Do not operate the app while riding. Use the app responsibly.
