Attendance & Location-Based Punch In/Out

eWorkspace provides location-based attendance functionality to help organizations ensure that employees record attendance from an approved workplace or permitted location.

When an employee performs Punch In or Punch Out, the application uses the device's precise location to verify whether the employee is within the organization's permitted attendance range.

If the employee is outside the permitted location/range, the attendance action cannot be completed.

Location is used only when required for attendance actions and is not continuously collected for attendance.

Secure Organization-Based Access

Employee accounts are created and managed by the organization's HR or administrator. Employees receive their login credentials from their organization and use those credentials to access their authorized HR services.

Each organization manages its own employees and employee-related information. Users can only access the information and services authorized for their account.

Built for Organizations

eWorkspace is designed to support multiple independent organizations and their employees. ECHT Tech is currently using the platform internally, while the product is also designed to be provided as a commercial HRMS solution to other organizations and clients.
