Cobb and Coach Driver

Cobb & Coach Driver is the working app for chauffeurs driving with Cobb & Coach, a Singapore chauffeur and coach operator. It is not a public ride-hailing app - you need a driver account issued by our dispatch office to sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See the jobs assigned to you, with pickup time, address, passenger and vehicle
• Take open jobs from the job board before another driver does
• Accept or decline offers sent to you (in-house drivers are assigned directly)
• Run the trip step by step: on the way, arrived, passenger on board, job done
• Record the actual start and end of by-the-hour and disposal work, with the booked end already filled in
• Add waiting time, tolls, parking and other agreed extras at the end of a trip
• Report a no-show when a passenger does not appear
• Check your earnings by month and see what has been paid and what is pending
• Read announcements from the office and get notifications for new work

LOCATION WHILE YOU ARE ON DUTY

The app shares your location with our dispatch office so they can see where the fleet is and send you the closest job. This continues in the background, including when the app is not on screen, but ONLY while you are on duty.

You switch it on by going on duty and off by going off duty. Nothing is collected while you are off duty, and iOS shows the location indicator the whole time your position is being shared, so it is never running without you knowing.

Chauffeurs and coach drivers contracted to Cobb & Coach. If you do not have a driver account with us, this app will not do anything for you.
