ONE SCORE, FOUR THINGS TO WORK ON Your delivery score breaks into four groups, each explained in plain language instead of a bare number: • TIMING — pace and pauses. • VOICE — volume consistency, emphasis, opening energy, intonation and vocal range (exactly where you flattened into a monotone), and confidence: whether you land your sentences or trail off at the end. • WORDS — fillers, hedging, absolute language, sentence length, word variety, and tone. • BODY LANGUAGE — gestures, posture, fidgeting, eye contact, stability, expressiveness, and blink rate.
