PitDex turns your camera into a collector's tool. Point it at a real car, take the shot, and the app reads the make, model, generation and year straight off your photograph, then files it in your garage alongside its real specifications.

A DEX OF 20,224 CARS 120 manufacturers, from the hatchback on your street to the hypercar you will see once in your life. Every entry carries the real numbers: engine, power, torque, 0-100, top speed, weight, drivetrain and years produced.

Cars are graded across six tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Secret and Mythic. The grading is authored rather than guessed, which is what makes finding a Legendary in a supermarket car park feel like something.

YOUR GARAGE Every catch keeps the photograph you took. Cards stack when you catch the same model twice, so your garage is a record of where you have actually been. Filter by rarity, search by name, and pick a favorite to set the cover for a model you have caught more than once.

40 BADGES Catch after dark. Catch before dawn. Five countries, five manufacturers, ten from Japan, a quarter of the dex. Badges unlock from what you have actually done, so they cannot be bought.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Number plates are blurred automatically before a photograph is stored or sent anywhere. The car is the only thing PitDex is interested in.

WORKS OFFLINE Catching is offline first. Take the shot in a tunnel, in an underground car park, on a plane. It is saved the moment you press the shutter and identified once you have signal again.

SIGN IN TO KEEP IT Sign in with Apple backs up your whole collection, so a new phone or a reinstall does not cost you the garage. You can also play the entire game without an account.

SUBSCRIBTION & PITDEX PRO Catching cars is free and unlimited, always. Turning a catch into a studio collectible spends one Render. Pro includes 100 Renders a month.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
