Workshop is a project and maintenance tracker that adapts to whatever you're building, fixing, or keeping up — not the other way around.

Most trackers force your projects into someone else's template. Workshop starts empty and lets you build the exact fields you need: text, notes with rich formatting, dates, code snippets, hyperlinks, parts lists, cut lists, cost tracking, priority, photos and file attachments, even 3D model previews (STL, OBJ, GLB) for CAD work. Save any layout as a reusable template, or customize fields on a per-project basis as things change.

VEHICLE & MAINTENANCE TRACKING Add a vehicle, decode its VIN to auto-fill year, make, and model, and track maintenance by mileage or date. Recurring service — oil changes, filters, inspections — automatically schedules its next occurrence when you mark one done. A built-in suggestion catalog helps you set up common maintenance routines in seconds.

ORGANIZE YOUR WAY Folders, tags, status, and priority keep large projects and long maintenance histories easy to navigate. Filter, sort, and search across everything, and check your Stats tab for an activity overview across any time range.

SIRI SHORTCUTS Add a note to a project or mark a maintenance task complete without opening the app — just ask Siri. When a task needs details like mileage or cost, Siri asks for them too.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Workshop has no server, no account, and no ads. Everything you create stays on your device. Back up to your own iCloud Drive or export a backup file whenever you want — Workshop never sees your data, because there's nowhere for it to go.
