GoldMath is a business management app built for jewelers. It brings gold, labor, customer accounts, cash and workshop tracking into a single system.

The difference is in the arithmetic. Items at 14, 18 and 22 karat are converted to pure (fine) grams behind the scenes, so mixed karats add up correctly and labor receivables stay separate from gold receivables. The state of the business reduces to one number: the gold you are left with once receivables are collected and debts are paid.

TRANSACTIONS 30 ready-made transaction types — gold buy and sell, gold with labor, scrap, returns, cash in and out, foreign currency and conversions. Millesimal, fine-gold equivalent and labor are calculated as you type. You see the effect on balances before saving. Entries can be edited, reversed and duplicated; a deleted transaction can be restored and its trace stays in the ledger.

ACCOUNTS Customers, suppliers, workshops, partners, staff and consignment in one place. Each account carries separate fine-gold, TRY, USD and EUR balances with a clear receivable or payable direction. The Customer Scorecard classifies customers automatically by labor contributed and transaction volume. You are alerted on overdue receivables and can share a statement as PDF.

WORKSHOP AND LOSS Each workshop runs on an automatic weekly cycle. The goldsmith enters movements from their own phone; both sides are compared in fine grams and differences are listed. When the other side records a movement you get a notification, and tapping it opens the form pre-filled with grams and millesimal, so the same job is not keyed in twice and the room for error narrows.

NOTIFICATIONS You are alerted when a loss threshold is exceeded, a receivable falls overdue, a high-value transaction is entered, or a workshop movement occurs. Tapping a notification opens the relevant form pre-filled, so you can respond without leaving the counter.

CASH AND REPORTS Net position on one screen: physical gold, gold at the workshop, receivables and payables — in fine grams and in currency. Profit and loss are calculated separately for gold and cash, so labor income does not disappear into sales margin. TRY, USD and EUR are tracked separately. Daily and weekly summaries are prepared automatically.

MARKET AND TOOLS Live pricing for fine gram, 22 karat, ounce, USD and EUR, with your own buy and sell spread. Four calculators for the bench: melting, alloy mixing, valuation, and karat-to-millesimal conversion.

RECEIPTS Thermal printing over Bluetooth and network. Transaction and account balance receipts; multiple transactions for one account can be combined into a single receipt. With no printer available, a receipt can be shared as an image.

SECURITY AND ACCESS Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint. Home screen and cash totals can be hidden behind a PIN with one tap. Role-based access gives the owner everything and the goldsmith only their own workshop. Records are sealed against later modification, and every action is attributable.

MULTI-BRANCH AND PAYROLL Multiple branches can be opened as the business grows; each keeps its own ledger while headquarters sees all of them in one panel. Staff salaries are tracked in fine-gold terms, with advances, deductions and batch payroll.
