Beyond Stamping Staff is the till-side companion to Beyond Stamping, the digital loyalty platform for independent cafés, salons, barbers and takeaways. This app is built for one job: serving the customer in front of you. Staff sign in, choose their location, and scan. Nothing else gets in the way.

BUILT FOR THE COUNTER The scanner opens straight to the camera and locks to portrait, so it behaves the same in every hand it passes through. Light and dark modes are both supported for bright windows and dim interiors alike. Daily limits protect against accidental double-stamping, and every scan is recorded against the staff member and location that made it, so owners can see exactly what happened and when.

SECURE STAFF ACCESS Staff accounts are created by the business owner in the Beyond Stamping dashboard — there is no public sign-up in this app. Staff can only reach the scanning tools for the business and locations they have been given access to. Customer and business-owner accounts cannot sign in here.

REQUIREMENTS

A Beyond Stamping business account is required. Owners manage their loyalty programme, rewards, locations and staff from the Beyond Stamping dashboard on the web; this app is the scanning tool their team uses in the shop.

Customers do not need this app — they keep their card in their phone's wallet or browser.
