Client Memory: Beauty Book helps independent nail techs, lash artists, estheticians and brow professionals keep client records, service details and plans together on iPhone and iPad.

PREPARE AND RECORD Save products, formulas, colors, sensitivities, reactions, reference photos and service notes. Compare recent services and reuse a previous setup without copying consent, reactions or dates.

FOLLOW UP WITH CONTEXT Create service-specific Check-ins and local reminders. These help you review results; they do not send automatic messages or provide medical advice.

RECEIVE BOOKING REQUESTS With an active Pro subscription, create a public booking page and share its link or QR code. Clients select a service and submit a requested time and contact details. A request is not confirmed until you accept it.

Review new requests in the separate Requests tab. Confirming links the appointment to the client's service plan. Clients can use a private management code to check, request a different time or cancel. Pause your page without Pro; resuming requires an active subscription and keeps the same link. Existing bookings remain manageable while paused.

CONTROL YOUR DATA Client records are stored locally. Optional Personal Sync uses your private iCloud storage across devices signed into the same Apple ID. Optional booking uses our Cloudflare-hosted service for public merchant details, subscription verification and booking requests. It does not upload your complete existing client book. Notifications are optional; you can refresh requests manually.

Export CSV, make a complete backup, restore validated data, archive clients or delete local records. Cancelling, declining an initial request or completing a booking removes its active online details; unconfirmed requests expire at their requested time. Pausing or uninstalling does not delete merchant data stored online. See our privacy policy for retention and support options.

FREE AND PRO Free includes up to 15 active clients, client and service records, photos, basic Check-ins, export, backup/restore, local reminders and App Lock. Archived clients do not count toward the limit. Pro adds unlimited active clients and professional workflow tools, plus online booking setup and reopening. Existing records and basic data access remain available if Pro ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Restore Purchases is available in More → Upgrade to Pro.
