A plan holds ongoing value only when its commitments can be reconciled against actual costs on the same worksheet. Atlas Ptrg uses a "Plot" to define a specific outcome, objective, focus allocation, and optional spending limit, subsequently organizing the details into "Work Packets." Active tasks transition into the execution phase; upon "Run Closeout," the application logs the focus time based on actual duration and synchronizes recorded expenses to the "Spendline." The Plotbook then recalculates remaining data, daily effort requirements, and available funds, effectively linking scheduling, task status, financial records, and objectives through a single action. Only after two actual cycles are completed does Proofgrid generate a seven-day variance chart—aligning planned, completed, and expenditure dates—and issue prompts to review the duration or cost of the next task based on established thresholds.
