Starfield: All-Sky Map

Starfield is an offline all-sky map that brings a cinematic night sky to your iPhone and iPad. With 177,444 Gaia/Hipparcos stars, a bundled Gaia DR3 deep-field companion, ten solar-system bodies, 168 formally named natural satellites, 26,419 named minor planets, all 88 IAU constellations, and original constellation artwork rendered in a single Metal view, the sky is accurate, fast, and entirely yours.

A true-north 360° suburban horizon separates the atmosphere-tinted visible sky from a dim yet explorable below-horizon hemisphere. Follow the sky as you move, or explore freely with a drag; the compass, calendar, and time dial make it easy to find what rises next.

Starfield respects your privacy. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. Location is used only on-device to align the sky with true north.

Apple End User License Agreement for Starfield

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Apple Inc. ("Apple") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the Software Product.

1. Scope of License. You may use the Software Product on a single Apple-branded device. You may not transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software Product.

2. Consent to Use of Data. The Software Product may collect and use data as described in the application's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

3. Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Apple if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

4. Third Party Acknowledgements. Certain portions of the Software Product may include third-party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms, and disclaimers for such material are contained in the application and are incorporated by reference herein.

5. No Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and its licensors provide the Software Product "as is" and with all faults, and disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software Product.

7. Governing Law. The laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside govern this EULA.
