SleepDown is a bedtime alarm for people who keep scrolling after they meant to stop.

SleepDown doesn’t just remind you. It asks you to take action: open the app and put your iPhone face down.

Set your bedtime and choose the nights you want it to repeat. When bedtime arrives, SleepDown starts a prominent reminder. To complete your bedtime task, open SleepDown and leave your iPhone screen-down for a few continuous seconds.

Silencing the system alarm does not mark bedtime as complete. SleepDown keeps the task unfinished until you actually put the phone down.

SleepDown does not measure sleep duration, sleep quality, or sleep stages. It focuses on one moment: helping you stop using your phone and call it a night.
