Thor - For Your Weather

Weather with a schedule: the new Storm tab says when rain and snow arrive, not just whether. And two words, "Ask Thor", gets Siri to answer from your own forecast.

Weather is personal. Thor lets you choose the measurements that matter most and brings them to the surface throughout your forecast.

YOUR WEATHER ESSENTIALS Select one to three Weather Essentials such as humidity, wind, precipitation, UV index, visibility, or feels-like temperature. Thor gives those measurements extra emphasis while keeping the complete forecast close at hand.

A FORECAST THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF See meaningful upcoming changes, explore six-hour and 24-hour trends, and open any quantitative condition for a detailed forecast. Expand a day for a plain-language summary, precipitation amount, peak wind, humidity, visibility, UV index, sunrise and sunset, plus separate daytime and overnight outlooks.

YOUR LOCATIONS, YOUR CHOICE Current Location is optional. Search for and save locations manually, choose a primary location for alerts and widgets, and temporarily view another place without changing your primary forecast.

PERSONAL WEATHER ALERTS Create custom threshold and six-hour trend alerts for the conditions you care about. Thor keeps these forecast conveniences clearly separate from official government weather alerts.

RAIN AND SNOW CONTEXT When available, see next-hour precipitation and estimated rain or snowfall from the previous 24 completed hours. Rainfall and snowfall amount details appear only when that precipitation type is actually relevant.

SEE HOW A FORECAST IS CHANGING Forecast Stability shows how predictions for the same time evolve as that time approaches. Private convergence charts describe supported forecasts as stable, shifting, unsettled, or still building history—without turning forecast consistency into a made-up confidence percentage.

PRIVATE FORECAST ACCURACY The optional Forecast Accuracy Journal privately compares earlier forecasts with later conditions. It is off by default, processed on-device, stored without exact coordinates, excluded from sync, and always under your control.

WIDGETS AT A GLANCE Configure Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets around the Weather Essentials you want to see. Widget forecasts always use your primary location.

BUILT WITH PRIVACY IN MIND Thor has no advertising, no Thor account, and no third-party behavioral analytics. Optional iCloud preference sync never includes Forecast Accuracy records.

Weather data provided by Apple Weather. Some features, including minute precipitation and official weather alerts, vary by region and availability. Custom Thor alerts are forecast-based conveniences and are not emergency warning systems.
