Charles Tour is the tour app for tour managers and their crews, built on the road, not for a boardroom.

Keep day-by-day planning in one place: dates, venues, contacts, hotels, travel and documents. Your whole team (TM, roadies, crew) follows the same thread, with permissions per role.

On iPhone, stay on top backstage or on the bus: travel day, resources, notifications, and the same workspace as on web or desktop.

Charles Bot can read confirmation emails (Gmail or IMAP) and suggest flights, trains or hotels. Nothing is written into the schedule without your approval.

Coming from Master Tour? Import a day sheet or routing CSV and pick up an existing tour without retyping everything.

Security: org- and tour-scoped permissions, revocable sessions, and a CASA Tier 2 audit for Google API use (Charles Bot).
