Review every suggestion before saving it to Apple Reminders or Calendar. Group related screenshots into collections, filter by category or importance, and keep track of what has already been processed.

AI-assisted analysis can add richer labels when available. OCR runs on your device. For AI analysis, reduced screenshots and their extracted text may be sent securely to the ShotInbox service. If the service is unavailable, basic intent detection continues on device.
