PUSH TO UNLOCK Turn daily exercise into focus. Choose distracting apps, set a daily push-up goal, and complete reps in Solo Practice or Ranked to unlock those apps until midnight. App selections and daily unlock progress stay on your device. PLAY WITH FRIENDS Add friends using an invite link or tagged username, view player profiles and achievements, equip earned titles, and send direct 1v1 challenges. PRIVATE CAMERA TRACKING Live camera frames used for rep counting are processed on your device and are not uploaded or streamed to opponents. Camera-based counting is a best-effort estimate, not a medical measurement. PushDuel is a fitness game, not medical advice. Use a stable phone position and a clear exercise area.
