The reminder time is when the notification is sent: with a 7:00 AM forecast time and a 6:00 AM reminder time, you'll be notified at 6:00 AM, for example, if fog is likely at 7:00 AM — perfect for packing your camera before heading out. Everything runs locally on your device, with no account and no email required.
