Muay Money

Muay Money is a point of sale app made for shops. It is simple enough to use on day one, with no training needed.

SELLING • Tap a product to add it to the cart, adjust quantities before or after, and sell by weight with decimals • Products can have options such as sweetness level, size, or toppings, each with its own price adjustment • Discounts on the whole bill or on a single item • Four kinds of promotion: item discount, bill discount, buy X get Y, and set price • Record past sales for days you sold but had not entered yet

PAYMENT AND RECEIPTS • Cash with automatic change, bank transfer with a PromptPay QR that already carries the amount, card, and any channel your shop adds • Print receipts to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth thermal printers • Electronic receipts your customer scans and keeps on their own phone • VAT support with abbreviated tax invoices

RESTAURANTS AND CAFES • Hold a bill per table, keep it open, let guests order more, and settle once at the end • Send orders to the kitchen with automatic ticket printing and queue numbers • Guests scan a QR code to order from their table or at the counter, and can attach a transfer slip

STOCK • Track stock, add and reduce with a reason for every change • Get warned when an item is running low • See the full movement history, with weighted average purchase cost

EXPENSES AND REPORTS • Record daily and monthly expenses, grouped by category • Sales, cost, profit, and break even point • Best sellers, low sellers, sales by staff, and sales by day of week • Download reports as Excel files

TEAM AND MULTIPLE SHOPS • Add staff and co owners, with permissions set per person • Run several shops from one account and switch between them instantly

DELIVERY APPS • Set a separate price per delivery app, enter the commission, and see what you actually receive
