Track Field App

Track Field App gives housekeeping and maintenance crews their whole day on their phone, and keeps working when the signal does not.

It is the field companion to Track. Your team sees the work assigned to them, moves through it step by step, and records what actually happened, whether they are standing in a basement, a stairwell, or a property miles from the nearest tower.

WORK THAT TRAVELS WITH YOU The day is stored on the device, not fetched when you tap. Schedules, checklists, notes and stock lists are all there with no connection. Anything your crew completes is saved locally and syncs by itself the moment they are back in range. Nobody waits on a loading spinner in a unit.

THE WHOLE DAY AT A GLANCE A dashboard for each discipline: Housekeeping, Inspection and Maintenance. See what is scheduled, in progress and complete, alongside the numbers that actually change how a day gets planned: turns, early check-ins and late check-outs.

WORK ORDERS, START TO FINISH

• Start and complete work with a single tap
• Step through the task checklist for every job
• Time on the job is captured as it happens
• Record the stock and amenities used
• Leave work logs and notes for the office

PHOTO PROOF FROM THE UNIT Capture photos as you go to document condition, damage, or finished work. Images are saved to the device and upload on their own once you reconnect, so a weak signal never blocks the job in front of you.

MAINTENANCE BY PRIORITY Maintenance work orders arrive sorted so critical issues surface first, and your team can see what genuinely has to happen next.

PLAN THE ROUTE Switch from the list to a map view to work out the most sensible order to visit properties.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH Fully translated, so crews work in the language they prefer.
