Take cash, card or transfer, and in parts. Tips stay separate from sales, the way they should. Everything keeps working when the internet drops.

IN THE KITCHEN One screen with what is still owed, oldest at the top. Minutes waited in plain sight, so nobody has to ask. Filter by station, so the bar does not see the food.

AT CLOSE The till count asks for your figure before it shows you the expected one. Cash expected against cash counted, with the difference stated plainly. Count bottles and soft drinks if you want to know what left.

FOR THE OWNER Sales for the day, the week and the month. What was cancelled after the kitchen had already made it. Your locations compared by percentage of their own sales, not by amount. Who approved every comp and every discount.

EVERY MOVE CARRIES A NAME Nothing here is deleted. A bill is cancelled, a dish is voided, and both are written down with the time and with who did it. Everyone signs in with their own code, so the report does not talk about somebody, it talks about people.

THE MENU, IN THE LANGUAGE OF WHOEVER READS IT Your public menu has its QR for the tables. Write a dish in another language and the customer's phone picks on its own, so a tourist reads theirs and your kitchen keeps reading yours. Nothing to configure: a language exists because you wrote something in it.
