ItemSpan: Private Inventory

Know what came in, what is on hand, and what went out.

ItemSpan connects product records, received stock, removals, and inventory history in a local-first mobile app. The app stores its operational database locally. You choose when and where to export a backup; your operating system may also apply device-level backup behavior outside ItemSpan's control.

CORE INVENTORY TOOLS • Create products with an optional SKU, selling price, reusable custom fields, and multiple barcode or QR code values. • Receive stock in dated lots with quantity, unit cost, and an optional expiration date. • Record removals against the source lot and review inventory activity. • Search product names, SKUs, codes, custom-field values, and inventory information. • Scan supported one-dimensional barcodes and QR codes with the camera, or enter a code manually. • See in-app warnings when remaining stock reaches your chosen expiration window or has expired. • Create QR code or Code 128 label PDFs in 2 x 1 and 3 x 2 inch layouts. • Export a versioned ZIP backup with readable CSV copies of app tables.

ITEMSPAN PRO ItemSpan Pro adds a reusable service catalog, lot-based product and service sales, operational sales summaries, customers, and numbered invoices and receipts. Print billing documents or share them as PDFs on supported native devices. If Pro access ends, local records are not deleted solely because of the entitlement change; Pro screens become unavailable until access returns.

ItemSpan Pro requires a separate in-app purchase. Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. A seven-day free trial may be available to eligible new subscribers on approved subscription plans. Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase and has no trial. Localized price, renewal, cancellation, and eligibility terms appear in the paywall and store confirmation.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES ItemSpan is designed for local-first recordkeeping on one mobile phone. It does not provide ItemSpan-hosted cloud sync or ItemSpan-hosted automatic remote backup, shared workspaces, accounting, payment processing, or safety and regulatory compliance. Expiration warnings appear inside the app; they do not block expired stock or run as device notifications. Costs, margins, and sales summaries are operational estimates.
