TWO SPACES, ONE HABIT Keep a Work space and a Personal space, each with its own lists. Work lists can stay private, or an admin can share them with teammates. Personal lists stay yours alone.

MY DAY Pull today's to-dos into one focused view that resets each morning. Anything you didn't finish is easy to bring back, so the list is a plan for today rather than a pile that only grows. Finished to-dos stay crossed off in a "Completed today" section, so you end the day seeing what you actually did.
