WorkinTR Staff

WorkinTR Staff is built for candidates applying to work in Türkiye through Work in Türkiye. It shows you in one place which stage your application has reached, which document is still missing, and how far your work permit file has progressed.

A candidate account is required. You can create one inside the app or sign in with your existing account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • My board — a summary of your process, your next step and your missing documents on a single screen. • My profile — fill in your personal details, education, work experience and certificates. Open your CV as a PDF and share it. • My documents — upload your passport, diploma and certificates by photographing them with your phone or by picking a PDF from your device. See the approval status of each document, and delete and re-upload any document that has not been approved yet. • My process — your placement record and work permit file are tracked stage by stage. • Messages — write to the operations team from inside the app. • Notifications — get an instant alert when a document is approved, a message arrives or a stage changes. • My payments — view the payment records that belong to you. • Currency converter — quick calculations at the current rate. • Agent review — rate the agent who accompanies you through the process.

SEVEN LANGUAGES Turkish, English, Russian, Indonesian, Thai, Persian and Arabic, with right-to-left layout for Arabic and Persian. You can change the language from the sign-in screen, before you even have an account.

CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA • You can delete your account from inside the app: More → Settings → Delete my account. Your account closes as soon as you ask; unless you cancel within 30 days, your personal data is then erased permanently. • You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data without deleting your account: More → My personal data requests. • All app traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
