Setkord - Workout Tracker

Setkord 1.0 is here. Log a set in seconds, PRs caught automatically, and it works with no signal. Big text and high contrast built in. Free to download.

Setkord is a workout tracker built for one thing: lifting.

Logging a set should take fewer taps than picking up the next dumbbell. That is the rule the whole app is built around.

LOG FAST Weight x reps, bodyweight, or timed sets. Supersets and grouped exercises. Per-set notes for when something felt easy, or when your elbow did not. Reorder exercises mid-session. Minimize a workout and pick it up later.

A REST TIMER THAT STARTS ITSELF It begins the moment you finish a set and notifies you when the rest is done. Set your own default and stop watching the clock.

PLATE CALCULATOR Tell it the target weight. It tells you what to load on the bar.

IT WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Basement gyms, hotel gyms, the dead corner by the squat racks. Sets logged offline are saved on your phone and sync automatically the moment you are back online.

ROUTINES Build your own routines or start from a template. Group them into programs. Press start and every exercise is already there, waiting.

PERSONAL RECORDS, CAUGHT AUTOMATICALLY Setkord watches your all-time bests while you log. When you beat one, you will know about it before you have racked the bar.

440+ EXERCISES, PLUS YOUR OWN A full library browsable by muscle group and searchable by name, updated over the air. Type any exercise we do not have and it is yours.

PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING Total volume, workouts and sets. Muscle-group balance across real body parts, so you can see what you have been quietly avoiding. Your top lifts. Estimated one-rep max for the lifts that matter.

YOUR FULL HISTORY Every workout you have logged, searchable by session or exercise. Open any one of them and see every set, every note, exactly as you left it.

BRING YOUR TRAINING WITH YOU Import your existing history from a CSV export, so switching costs you nothing. Export your own data whenever you want. It is your training log, not ours.

BUILT PROPERLY Kilograms or pounds. Full Dynamic Type support, high-contrast mode and text-size presets, because a gym is a bad place to squint at small text.

FREE, PERMANENTLY Everything above is the free plan, and the free plan does not expire. It is not a trial. Setkord Pro is there if you want unlimited routines, your complete all-time history, and deeper analysis: volume and consistency trends, strength progression, period comparisons, and flags when a lift has stalled.

Setkord is not a calorie counter. It is not a step tracker.

Built for lifters.
