Thinkweb CRM puts your contacts, sales pipeline, and daily schedule on your phone, so the work doesn't have to wait until you're back at a desk.

This is the companion app for Thinkweb CRM. It requires an existing account — your organization's administrator provides your login.

Browse, search, create, and edit contacts and companies. Update a contact's status as they move from lead to customer. Log a call, text, or email in a couple of taps, so nothing gets forgotten between visits.

PIPELINE

Every open deal, grouped by stage, with running totals. Move a deal forward with a single tap, create new ones, and keep expected close dates current while the conversation is still fresh.

CALENDAR AND TASKS

Your month at a glance, plus an agenda view and a task list. Check work off as you finish it. A "needs attention" view surfaces deals that have gone quiet.

CAPTURE FROM THE FIELD

Photograph a business card and it becomes a contact. Snap a receipt while logging an expense. Attach photos and documents to any record without leaving the job site.

WORKS OFFLINE

Your data stays readable with no signal. Stage changes and completed tasks queue up on the device and sync automatically the moment you reconnect — useful in basements, warehouses, and rural service areas.

View invoices, quotes, and tickets. Switch between organizations if you belong to more than one. Assign work to teammates and see recent team activity.

SECURE BY DESIGN

Optional Face ID lock keeps the app closed until you unlock it. Every request is scoped to your organization by the database itself, so you only ever see your own company's records.

Thinkweb CRM is a business tool sold to organizations. There is no public sign-up — accounts are created by your organization's administrator.
