Track breastfeeding, bottles, diapers and baby sleep with one hand. Zen Otto keeps your newborn's feeding and care log together, whether you are holding your baby, handing over to another caregiver, or checking the night at 3am.

KEEP THE DAY TOGETHER Time breastfeeding on either side. Record bottles in milliliters or ounces, formula or expressed milk. Log wet and dirty diapers, pumping sessions, sleep, weight, solids, allergen exposures and vaccination details.

MADE FOR ONE HAND Start and stop a feed with the dial. Keep everyday controls within reach, and choose the original interface or the Pink and Blue themes. Review the daily log, weekly summary and nighttime record without piecing the day together from memory.

SHARE THE CARE Keep a separate log for each baby. Invite caregivers through iCloud sharing when you want to keep a shared record. Review the handover screen, edit a missed entry at the time it happened, and export a record when you need it.

REMINDERS AND NIGHTTIME TOOLS Choose the reminders you want. Supported live activities keep a running feed or sleep visible on the Lock Screen. The built-in sound machine can continue playing when you lock your phone.

YOUR PHONE, ICLOUD AND YOUR CHOICES Care records are stored on your iPhone. iCloud sync is enabled by default when available; you can turn it off in Settings, with changes taking effect on the next app launch. Sharing with caregivers is separate from syncing your own devices and uses Apple's CloudKit service. Turning off device sync does not stop an existing caregiver share; manage that through the sharing controls.

No Zen Otto account is required, and the app has no advertising. Usage analytics, handled by PostHog, are on by default and can be turned off in Settings. They report app interactions and limited context, not the contents of your care records. Read the privacy policy for analytics, iCloud, sharing and deletion details.

A PLAN IS REQUIRED After setup, choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase. Eligible subscriptions include a three-day free trial; Apple confirms eligibility and local pricing before purchase. The one-time purchase does not include a subscription trial. Ending a subscription does not delete your logged records. The one-time purchase does not renew.
