Moveezi Field

Moveezi Field is the one app your whole field team uses, from the first survey to the signature at the door.

Sales and operations work in the same place. A surveyor scopes the job on site, the crew executes it, and the office sees both without chasing paperwork.

ON SITE SURVEY AND QUOTING

• Run a pre-move survey room by room
• Capture items with volume and weight as you go
• Compare surveyed against actual, live
• Flag damage with photos and notes before anything moves

THE DAY'S WORK, IN ORDER

• See every assigned job in one day plan
• Accept, start and finish jobs from the app
• Uplifts, deliveries and surveys in one list
• Open a job for its address, timing and crew

PROOF OF WORK THAT HOLDS UP

• Photo evidence against any item or room
• Condition and damage reports
• Checklists that must be completed before a job closes
• Customer signature captured on the device

INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSING

• Scan and track cartons, crates and storage boxes
• Record what was loaded into which vehicle
• Keep storage jobs straight between warehouse and residence

TIME AND COSTS

• Stamp crew events: left the warehouse, arrived on site, breaks, returned
• No paper timesheets to chase
• Log job expenses with receipts

BUILT TO WORK WITH NO SIGNAL Crews work in basements, lifts, truck cabs and container yards. Moveezi Field is offline first, not offline tolerant. Photos, checklists, damage notes and signatures are captured on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns. Nothing is lost when the signal drops.

FOR MOVING AND RELOCATION COMPANIES Moveezi Field is used by household goods movers, office movers and international relocation companies. It connects to your Moveezi account, so jobs dispatched in the office appear on the crew's device and completed work flows straight back.

Sign-in is required through your company Moveezi account. This app is for staff of companies using Moveezi and is not a consumer moving-quote app.
