Paper Golf: Puzzle Course

Pick a club and a direction, weather, and wind. Aim assist by default; turn on Pro Mode to climb Game Center. 30 courses, ink-on-paper style.

Paper Golf is a thoughtful puzzle golf game with a notebook look: grid paper, ink strokes, and courses that reward planning over button-mashing.

HOW IT PLAYS Choose a club, then a direction (0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, or 180°). Shot stays locked until both are set. Press Shot: each club flies a fixed distance along your aim (diagonals count as 1). Weather and lie can still nudge the length—then wind may shift the landing by one space.

Weather is rolled once per hole: sun (+1), rain (−2), or cloud (0). Wind may or may not blow; when it does, an arrow shows the direction. Putter ignores weather and wind. Wedge ignores wind.

Need to play back toward the tee? Flip your aim. On holes that play top-to-bottom, directions already face down from the start.

Read the lie: fairway adds power (not with wedge), rough and sand take it away. Water and trees are hazards—drop with a penalty. Out of bounds costs a stroke plus a penalty, then you replay from where you stood. Every green has at least one slope to read.

AIM ASSIST & PRO MODE By default, a blue preview shows where the ball will land before you press Shot (a blue cross if you’re headed for water or OOB). Local scores, practice bests, and stats still count.

Turn on Pro Mode from the home screen to hide the assist and post Stroke Play scores to Game Center leaderboards. Only Pro Mode feeds the boards.
