This app is built for one thing: diabetes management. It is not a general pet health record and not an appointment book — it is the measurements, the treatment and what you notice day to day, in a form your vet can read.

BLOOD GLUCOSE • Quick entry, timestamped for you • Trend chart over 7, 14 or 30 days • Target range per pet, color-coded • Time in range and variability (standard deviation, coefficient of variation) • mg/dL or mmol/L, preselected for your country

GLUCOSE CURVES • A 12-hour or 24-hour protocol, or one of your own • A reminder for every scheduled measurement • Nadir and peak worked out automatically

INSULIN • Dose, insulin type and time for every injection • Keeps track of the open vial and warns you before it runs out • Repeat the last dose in one tap

ORAL MEDICATION • For cats given a tablet or an oral solution instead of insulin • Doses in mL, mg or tablets, with a reminder of their own • Treatment per pet — nothing injected means no syringe and no vial on the overview

KETONES, MEALS, WEIGHT AND SYMPTOMS • Blood ketones or urine strips • Fructosamine: the long-term value from your vet, with its own table in the report • Meals with amount and carbs • Preset symptoms with severity, in two taps • Weight over time

REMINDERS • Injection and feeding times • Asks for confirmation, and follows up when it doesn't come

VET REPORT • PDF export over any period you choose • Summary, time in range, table of pre-injection values, charts and a detailed log • Send it straight from the app by email • Written in the language you pick — useful if your vet doesn't read the one you do

SHARING • Share a pet with your family or your pet sitter via iCloud • Everyone sees the same state of the treatment

DIABETES TRACKER PRO The free version covers one pet and analysis over 7 or 14 days. Pro adds unlimited pets, sharing, the vet report as a PDF and the long view — 30 days or any range you pick. $6.99 per month or $44.99 per year. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
