Ingenio Care is an AI-enabled, patient-centric digital health network that helps you find the right care, connect with licensed providers, and stay on track with your care plan—at the right time and at a lower cost.

IMPORTANT: Ingenio Care does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services. Clinical care is delivered solely by independent, licensed providers. Do not use this app for medical emergencies—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Find care & providers Search and explore provider profiles, then request or book appointments through the network.

• Telehealth video visits Meet with your care team by video when visits are available. Camera and microphone access are used only for visits and related features.

• Care plans & follow-through View and follow care plans from your care team, track what you need to do next, and stay organized between visits.

• AI companion Talk with an AI companion that helps you understand and follow your physician’s care plan and discharge guidance. It is not a doctor and is not for emergencies.

• Medicare Blue Button (optional) Medicare enrollees can connect Medicare.gov through CMS Blue Button to bring authorized claims information into the app. You control the connection and can disconnect anytime.

• Health profile & records Complete your medical profile, manage consents, and keep key information ready for your care team.

• Messaging & notifications Stay informed about appointments, care updates, and important alerts. Notifications do not include protected health details in the alert text.

• Apple Wallet (where available) Add supported health-related passes to Apple Wallet for convenient access.

WHO IT’S FOR

Patients and members who want a simpler way to access networked care, coordinate with providers, and manage care plans in one place. Enrollment to explore the platform is free; clinical services are billed by independent providers under their own practices.
