EIGHT TIMERS

FOR TIME: counts up, with an optional time cap. INTERVAL: work and rest, in as many sets as you like. EMOM: every minute on the minute, with a movement for each minute. AMRAP: as many rounds as possible, counting down. TABATA: 20 seconds on, 10 off, 8 rounds, all adjustable. DEATH BY: one more rep every minute, until you can't. FIGHT GONE BAD: stations, work and rest, set by set. STOPWATCH: a plain clock, counting up.

BUILT TO BE READ ACROSS THE ROOM

The screen fills with the time, the phase and the movement by name, inside a glowing aura that changes colour as work turns to rest. Light or dark, whichever you prefer. Turn the phone on its side and it splits in two: the clock on one half, the round on the other.

CUES YOU CAN HEAR

Beeps on 3-2-1 into every interval, a long tone into work, a lower one into rest, and a triple at the end. They mix with your music instead of turning it down, and they keep going when the screen locks — on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

A LOG THAT FILLS ITSELF

Every workout you finish lands in your log, on a month calendar. Nothing to write down, nothing scored, no streak to keep up. Swipe a row to tick it off or delete it. Your history syncs through your own iCloud, and finished workouts can be saved to Apple Health.

ON EVERY SCREEN YOU OWN

iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, with the same timers and the same log on each. Connect a TV by cable or AirPlay and the clock fills the big screen while your phone keeps the controls.

PRIVACY

No ads and no tracking. Anonymous usage statistics show us which timers get used, and they cannot identify you. Your workout history stays in your own iCloud, which we cannot read.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED

Every timer, every workout, the log, iCloud sync and Apple Health are included. There is an optional tip in Settings, and it unlocks nothing.
