• Log in seconds - choose one or more Bristol types, then add colour, amount, strain, duration and urgency. A single visit is rarely one clean type, so you can pick more than one instead of rounding to whatever looks closest.
• Symptom log - nausea, bloating, burping, vomiting, cramping, urgency, gas and incomplete evacuation, each with a 1-5 severity.
• Meals with FODMAP tags - note what you ate by name or from your frequent foods; foods carry tags from our own food table built from public literature.
• Streak, weekly grid and your entries-per-day chart.
• A daily reminder, at a time you choose. You can also log later, so a missed moment does not become a missing day.
• The last 30 days of your history, always browsable.

POOP TRACKER PRO

• Doctor report (Pro) - Bristol timeline, entries per day, colour distribution, symptom summary and any repeating food patterns, as a PDF ready to print or send. You hand over a report instead of scrolling a phone in the waiting room.
• Repeating food patterns (Pro) - a food is listed as a possible association only after it appears before the same symptom at least three times and clears a real threshold. Nothing is reported until it repeats, because cutting out the wrong food is worse than cutting out nothing.
• Private photo notes (Pro) - attach a photo to any entry. Photos stay on your device behind a Face ID lock; they are never uploaded, never synced and never placed in a report. If you add a photo, the app can read its colour and suggest one - you confirm or change it, and the Bristol type is always your own choice.
• Full history (Pro) - everything beyond the free 30-day window.
• Separate profiles (Pro) - keep one journal for yourself and another for a child, without the two ever mixing. Your first profile is free.
• Home screen widget (Pro) - a weekly heatmap and your streak at a glance.

SUBSCRIPTION Poop Tracker Pro is a subscription: a weekly plan that includes a 3-day free trial, and an annual plan. The free log does not expire and does not require a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
