Save, organize, share, and navigate back to mooring locations with flexible coordinate entry, photos, Apple Maps support, and optional backups.

Mooring Finder helps boaters record important mooring locations and find their way back using live GPS and compass information. Enter coordinates in the format you already use, or select a previously saved mooring. Mooring Finder displays the distance and direction to your destination with a clear on-screen arrow. Save the details that matter: Give each mooring a name Add notes or a description Attach an optional photo Edit saved information and coordinates Share mooring details with others Open locations directly in Apple Maps Mooring Finder supports several common GPS coordinate formats: Decimal degrees Degrees and decimal minutes Degrees, minutes, and seconds North, south, east, and west notation Your saved moorings remain available in an organized library on your device. Optional automatic backups can be enabled from Settings, with support for iCloud Drive or another folder selected through the Files app. Backups remain off until you choose to enable them. Whether you are returning to a seasonal mooring, recording a newly assigned location, or sharing coordinates with another boater, Mooring Finder keeps the information close at hand on iPhone and iPad.
