Bazza Delivery is the work app for couriers of the Bazza service. Accept orders, deliver them to customers, follow your earnings and build routes straight from your phone.

The app is made for couriers connected to Bazza. You sign in with your phone number and an SMS code.

ORDERS IN REAL TIME A new order arrives as a notification — accept or decline it in one tap. The map instantly shows the pickup point, the customer address and the route to it. Order items, total, payment method and the customer's comment are gathered on one screen, and the delivery status moves step by step: accepted, on the way, delivered.

PARCEL DELIVERY A separate section for parcels with sender and recipient addresses. The history of completed parcels with dates and amounts is always at hand.

EARNINGS AND STATISTICS Your income for the day, week and month in clear charts. For every order you see the delivery fee and the courier reward. The full history of completed orders with date filters helps you plan your shifts.

CHAT AND CONTACT A built-in chat with the customer and with support, a quick call right from the order card, and notifications about new messages and status changes.

PROFILE AND SETTINGS Personal details, photo, rating and the number of completed deliveries. Vehicle data: make, model, plate number and colour. Choose your delivery zone so you work where it suits you. The notification centre keeps the whole history of messages from the service.

FREE LUNCH A bonus programme for couriers: the free lunch barcode lives right in the app — just show it at the counter of a partner venue.

SERVICE NEWS A section with Bazza stories and news: promotions, updates and working rules.

HOW TO START

1. Install the app and sign up with your phone number.
2. Fill in the courier form and your vehicle details.
3. Wait for confirmation from a Bazza manager.
4. Go online and take your first orders.

LOCATION The app uses your location, including in the background, to show you on the map to the customer and the operator, assign the nearest orders, build the route and calculate the distance you covered. Location data is shared only during a working shift. Continued use of GPS in the background can decrease battery life.

REQUIREMENTS A stable internet connection, location turned on during your shift, and a courier account confirmed by the Bazza service.

This app is not intended for shoppers — to order goods, use the Bazza customer app.
