FMManage

FMManage is a tool for tracking internal control rectification, analyzing operating ratio trends, and examining the structure of purchased costs.

Main Functions:

• Audit Rectification Dashboard: Issues are registered item by item (description, department/process, discovery date, severity, rectification suggestions, responsible person, deadline), four-state dashboard flow, overdue rectification list, and filtering by severity or responsible department.

• Financial Ratio Forecasting: Multi-period snapshot entry, historical trajectory of eight core ratios, linear regression forecasts and confidence intervals for the next period, mean/median/standard deviation, and expected deviation.

• Procurement Cost Breakdown: Decomposition of materials/freight/tariffs/insurance/packaging/other surcharges, stacking percentage and unit allocation, cross-period structural comparison to pinpoint cost increases.

• Master Data and Responsibility Matrix: Department, rectification responsible person, supplier maintenance, and a view of in-process/overdue workload by responsible person.
