CoHiro works as a grocery list app for couples and a shopping list app for roommates, and a family fits just as well. CoHiro works with the phones your household already has, so nobody is left off the list. You can belong to more than one household, a flatshare and a family at once, and everyone has the same rights: anyone can add, shop, and invite.

Private, plainly Your household is invite-only. Join by entering a code or scanning a QR code; codes expire after 72 hours, and you can revoke a code at any time. No public profiles, no strangers, just the people you invited.

CoHiro is free to use. No ads, no tracking, no analytics service. There is no ad SDK in CoHiro; your shopping list is nobody's ad space. Your data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Sign in with Apple or Google, and if you ever leave, you can delete your account from inside the app. It really is deleted.

CoHiro is calm on purpose: a small set of things done well, in plain language, with a small mascot called Hiro doing the remembering.
