A PLAN THAT STARTS WITH YOU Choose your goals and a manageable starting pace. Follow a curated plan with clear actions and phases, one week at a time. Choose 21 days, 66 days, a custom duration or an ongoing plan where appropriate. Extend your plan while keeping completed progress.

KNOW WHAT TO DO TODAY Move between a daily view and a month calendar. See routine and Work progress, then open the details when you need them. Keep important and urgent tasks visible, with focus sessions and optional app blocking close at hand.

APPLE HEALTH, IN CONTEXT Optionally connect Apple Health to see steps, sleep and active calories alongside your goals. Explore daily progress and longer trends. Health measurements come from Apple Health; SuperWeek does not ask you to enter them manually.

PROGRESS THAT MAKES ROOM FOR LIFE Pause your routines and streak when you need a break. Resume without a pile of missed routines. Supportive comeback messages help you begin again, while completed history and earned rewards stay with you.

LOOK BACK, THEN MOVE FORWARD Weekly recap stories highlight your efforts and patterns. Review suggested routine adjustments before choosing whether to apply them.

REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS Choose reminders for routines, Work, Focus and screen-time blocks, plus morning motivation, night wind-down and gentle Pause check-ins. Adjust notification preferences and quiet hours in Settings.

MAKE ROOM FOR DEEP WORK Start a focus session and protect your attention. With optional Apple Screen Time permission, block distracting apps and websites during schedules you choose. Add Home Screen widgets and follow active Focus sessions with Live Activities.

YOUR CHOICES STAY YOURS SuperWeek is ad-free. Apple Health, Screen Time, notifications, anonymous usage analytics and optional marketing measurement remain under your control. Health measurements stay on your device and are not used for advertising. Declining optional permissions keeps the rest of SuperWeek available.

SUPERWEEK PREMIUM An active subscription is required after onboarding. Subscribe, redeem an eligible Apple offer code or restore purchases, then sign in with Apple to protect your progress. Premium Weekly and Premium Annual include the same features. There is no standard free trial.

Prices and billing periods appear in your local currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings. Deleting your SuperWeek account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
