Wellkept is a daily tracker for the small things worth keeping: spending, habits, tasks, workouts, what you are watching and reading, mood, sleep, notes, and a shopping list. One app instead of nine.

Everything you record stays in a single database file on your own device. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, no analytics, and no network requests in normal use. Nothing you track leaves your phone.

NINE TRACKERS

Money. Expenses and income with nested categories, a built-in calculator, and multiple currencies with the rate locked at the moment you capture it. Habits. Daily and weekly targets, streaks, backfill for the day you forgot, and a consistency view. Todos. Grouped by due date, with rescheduling and notes. Fitness. Workouts with optional sets and reps, templates, weight and measurements, and a weekly target. Entertainment. What you are watching and reading, with a history for each title. Mood. A daily rating with tags, a month calendar, and a year in pixels. Sleep. Duration against a target, bedtime against a target, and a chart of your sleep window. Notes. A dated chronology with tags and pins, and a write screen that is a page rather than a box. Shopping. One running list with frequent items and an estimated total.

TODAY AND INSIGHTS

Today puts every module you have turned on in one place, so recording a day takes a minute. Insights compares two modules across the same days (sleep against mood, workouts against mood, weekends against spending) and only shows a card when there is something to say.

SHOW ONLY WHAT YOU USE

Every module can be shown or hidden, and each has a Basic and an Advanced presentation. Changing either never changes the data underneath, so you can simplify the app without losing anything you have already recorded.

YOUR DATA, YOUR COPY

Because there is no server, there is also no backup we control. Wellkept exports the whole database to a file you choose and restores from one, so keeping your own copy or moving to a new phone is up to you and takes a couple of taps.
