Vizitly is a field sales tracking app for teams that visit customers. Reps record their work on the spot; managers see the same picture from the office.

START THE DAY READY • Today screen gathers the day's visits, calls and appointments in one list. • Overdue work is highlighted, and reminders arrive as push notifications.

ONE TAP AT THE CUSTOMER'S DOOR • Starting a visit reads your location and checks you in, recording that the visit really happened there. • Log the outcome, a note and the next step without leaving the screen. • Location permission is optional — the record opens either way.

ADD A COMPANY YOU JUST MET • Company name is the only required field for a new customer. • Tap "add my current location" and the address is resolved by your phone and filled in automatically. • Tax details and contact person can be completed later.

DON'T LOSE WHAT YOU REMEMBER • Quick add opens a visit, call, appointment or note in one tap. • Notes land on the customer record and are visible to teammates. • Calls are logged with their outcome and flow into reports.

PLAN AND TARGETS • See your weekly plan day by day. • Track monthly visit, call and conversion targets. • Managers follow the whole team's performance on one screen.

MANAGE YOUR TEAM • Two roles: manager and representative. • Representatives only see their own portfolio; the restriction is enforced at the database level. • Invite teammates by email; invitations are valid for 24 hours.

YOUR DATA STAYS IN TURKEY • The application and database run on servers located in Turkey. • Each company's data lives in a separate database schema; companies cannot see each other's data. • No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no advertising cookies. • Location is read only while the app is open and with your permission; there is no background tracking. • Map tiles are served from our own servers, so your location is not sent to a mapping company. • You can close your account from inside the app at any time.
