My Baby — Newborn Tracker

Free and without ads. Works without a connection. Both parents track the same baby, each from their own phone.

At night the screen has two buttons: fed and woke up. Everything else is switched on one feature at a time — the app starts empty, because trackers get abandoned over crowded forms and guilt about the fields left blank.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG

• Breastfeeding — a timer per side with pause, or just "fed for twenty minutes" after the fact • Bottle — the amount in one swipe • Pumping and the milk stash: what was expressed, what sits in the fridge and the freezer, what should be used first • Sleep — hold the button, live timer, wake windows • Diapers • Weight, height, head circumference against WHO percentile bands • Notes and photos on any entry, plus Moments — a captioned photo feed

HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT

• Your country's vaccination schedule — 73 countries from WHO data. No "overdue" labels: medical exemptions and individual schedules are normal, not an alarm • Solids and allergens: only the first time for each food is recorded, and we ask about a reaction for three days • Temperature, medicines with dose intervals, symptoms • Milestones from the revised CDC 2022 list, where a skill sits at the age most children reach it — so a parent of a healthy baby is not shown a list of things "not done yet" • Leaps: the weeks when a baby has a hard time and the skill that appears after them — fussy days stop being a mystery • Teeth, baths, tummy time

FOR THE DOCTOR AND THE FAMILY

• A pediatrician report in one tap: daily averages, weight gain, the WHO chart. Print it or save as PDF • CSV export for any period • Twins and triplets: up to three children, with a "log for both" switch • Invite the second adult with a code. Separate sign-ins, and you can see who recorded what • On the watch: log a feed, a nap or a diaper straight from your wrist, without reaching for the phone • Smart speakers: say "log a feed, a hundred and twenty" and it is recorded without picking up the phone • A day card to send to grandma • Nana, the assistant: say "fed a hundred and twenty" or ask "how long did he sleep today". She logs from your words and answers from the diary; simple phrases are handled right on the phone, offline

The diary, vaccinations, measurements, solids, the pediatrician report, CSV export and twins are free. A shared diary for two adults, the watch app and the speakers are opened by Family+, a one-time purchase.

NANA+ SUBSCRIPTION

Nana is a voice-and-text assistant: ask about formula, about how much a baby should be growing and gaining, about the daily rhythm — and about your own entries too. She answers everything but the medical: diagnoses and treatment stay with the doctor. For as long as it runs, the subscription also opens the shared diary for two. The first week is free, once per account, no card required.

ABOUT DATA

Our own server, no third-party analytics or ad SDKs. We collect no analytics at all: the app does not report what you use. Notes, photos, names and weights are never collected. You can delete your account right from the settings.

This is a diary of observations, not a medical app. Vaccination timing, exemptions and any health question are the doctor's call.
