CrewAssign is workforce scheduling built for construction companies — the office schedules the work, the crew sees it on their phone, and the record of what happened stays attached to the job site.

FOR THE CREW

• See your own schedule for the day, the week or the month. • Clock in and out on site. Your hours land against the right job automatically. • Mark tasks complete and attach photos as you go. • Request materials from the job site instead of chasing someone by text. • Request time off and see where the request stands. • Add your scheduled visits to your phone's calendar. • Works offline. Clock-ins, task updates and photos taken with no signal are queued on the device and sent when you are back in range.

• English and Spanish throughout the app. • Face ID / Touch ID unlock. • Push notifications when a schedule changes or a request needs your attention. • Photo metadata, including any GPS coordinates your camera recorded, is stripped on the device before anything is uploaded.

ABOUT ACCOUNTS

CrewAssign is used by a company, and accounts are created by that company's administrator — you cannot sign up as an individual. If your employer uses CrewAssign, sign in with the account they gave you. If you would like CrewAssign for your own company, get in touch at support@crewassign.app.

Location is used only at the moment you clock in or out, so your employer has an accurate record of time on site. It is never collected in the background, and clocking in still works if you decline the permission.
