XFactor is a free companion app for existing XFactor Academy customers, including athletes and parents or guardians managing linked athletes. It consolidates upcoming physical lacrosse-training sessions, coach updates, assigned workouts, and workout progress in one place. Users can view booked sessions, review their timeline, open detailed workout instructions, mark workout items complete, manage basic profile settings, access support and privacy information, and delete their account.
