RMC – Rate My Coach

Coach reviews written by former college athletes — trust, communication, development, culture. Research the staff before you commit.

Choosing a college program means choosing a coach. RMC helps recruits and their families find out what that coach is actually like — from the people who played for them.

WHO WRITES THE REVIEWS

Only accounts registered as former college athletes can write reviews — recruits and parents can read, but not post. Each athlete can write up to three reviews, one per coach. Athletes can also submit their playing history for manual verification, and reviews from verified athletes carry a verified badge, so you can see which accounts we've checked.

Reviews are published without the writer's name, so athletes can be candid without putting themselves or their program in an awkward position.

Browse the coach directory freely. Create an account to read what former athletes wrote.

FOR RECRUITS AND PARENTS

Build a picture of a program before an official visit, a phone call, or a signature. Follow the coaches you're considering and get notified when a new review is posted, so you're not refreshing a page during the busiest months of your recruitment.

FOR FORMER COLLEGE ATHLETES

You already know what the brochure left out. Write about the coaches you played for, and get verified to add a badge to your reviews — then give the next recruit the honest read you wish you'd had.

MODERATION

Reviews are screened for objectionable content before they are published, and anyone can report a review or a coach profile. We remove content that crosses the line — this is a place for candid accounts of coaching, not personal attacks.

PRIVACY

Reviews never display your name. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app, at any time.

RMC is free. No subscriptions, no ads.
