SafetyUkraine is an independent personal and family safety app. It helps you monitor threats, stay connected with loved ones, find shelters, and act quickly in an emergency.

ALERTS AND THREAT MAPS

• official alerts by region, district, and community; • different types of officially declared hazards; • operational reports about the direction of airborne targets; • an air-threat map with the time of the latest reported detection; • configurable push notifications and quiet hours.

FAMILY CONNECTION

• create multiple family groups; • view family members’ locations, update times, and reported accuracy; • check their phone battery levels; • see the alert status at each person’s location; • send and answer “Are you safe?” requests; • send an “I’m here” location; • create and share a meeting point; • get directions to a family member; • configure notifications separately for each person.

SHELTERS AND MINE SAFETY

• find nearby shelters using official data; • view shelter photos, addresses, and accessibility information; • find a shelter near a family member; • save your primary and selected shelters; • share a shelter with one person or the whole family; • view the mine-hazard map; • receive warnings about nearby mine markers; • use a visual guide to explosive hazards.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

• clear guidance for explosions, injuries, and being trapped under debris; • evacuation and nuclear emergency guidance; • CPR mode with an offline metronome; • quick access to emergency services and the official 112 Ukraine app; • share your current location during an emergency.

PREPAREDNESS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• an emergency backpack with basic and personal checklists; • a separate shopping list for missing supplies; • an emergency medical card; • medical profiles for loved ones; • protected storage for document photos; • an incident folder for recording damaged property.

PRIVACY

Document photos, medical information, and personal lists are stored locally on your device. Document photos are additionally encrypted. SafetyUkraine has no remote access to this information.

Essential emergency guidance, backpack lists, medical cards, documents, and the explosive-hazard guide are available offline.

An internet connection is required for current alerts, target-direction reports, shelter and mine data, and family features.

SafetyUkraine is not an official government service, a medical device, or a replacement for emergency services. Some operational information comes from external sources and may be incomplete or delayed.
